Royal Mail Group (RMG) is the UK’s designated Universal Postal Service Provider. We were tasked to create an internal campaign with its own identity with focus on raising awareness of information security within RMG.
We helped creatre new sub-brand and campaign collateral focused on specific audience groups, relevant tone of voice & messaging systems, and relevant information security topics, within an evolving external identity and the challenges that inherits.
Deliverables included optimistic, confident and inclusive messaging, upholding the “Be positive, Be brilliant, Be part of it” principles of Royal Mail Group with focus on three audience sub-categories.
We Introduced a specific tone of voice and format for Senior managers, Operations and General staff. We achieved extensive integration with the RMG information security and brand teams to produce a loved sub-brand where no conventional sub-brands are allowed.
Alongside the sub-brand and campaign collateral we supplied RMG with a set of guidelines, templates and toolkits that allowed the information security teams to implement new ideas without the need for continuous brand intervention. This campaign won internal awards at RMG and we were given permission add to the new RMG brand catalogue.
